Question: Hard drive Running at 100% even after clean install. Windows 10, bumped pc with my chair, immediately it ramped up. Bought a new hardrive , cloned from original with problem. New hard drive started running at 100%. I reset windows, still no change, I then did a total reinstall and still running at 100%. I’m lost….
Appreciate any help you can give me.
Answer:I would think that formatting the drive and reinstalling Windows10 from scratch (not a clone) would take care of the issue.
