Question: I have a laptop that has one of those (converters?) that let’s you put in an hdd instead of a cd/dvd and I kinda pulled it out (normally using the little lever) at the time the laptop was turned off for sure and had no battery(then I put it back it again normally) but a few days later I charged it up and tried to boot I get to the windows 7 start up logo where the 4 dots turn into squares but before they can properly turn into a square I get half a sec of a bluescreen that says error 0x0000007b which I checked and is a hdd error. My guess is that the boot order or something gets messed up but I can start recovery mode for windows and when I do it finds no real problem and tells me to restart
