Old hard drive on a new pc

    Mar 25, 2021

Question: Hello, I’m planning on building a new pc very soon, and I’ve been wondering, can I use my old hard drive on my new pc as a second drive. If yes, do I need to delete anything or do something to it?

Answer:Nothing special needs to be done. Just make sure to install your new copy of Windows to your new storage device without having the old drive connected.
