It have important data from my school.
Recently, My friend borrowed it.

When he give it back, He opened it and it’s broken.
I tested it.
The read/write head was fine.
The disc is dissasembled.
If i put it back together, can i get the data back?
Can it read the data if i put the platter into another hdd?
Thankyou.

Answer:

But, If i clean it and dry it and put it back in or put the platter on another hdd, can it be read?

Oh. I forget telling him that i have important data. He is the weirdest student in my school. He ever spill water to my laptop. But i was really fortunate i close the lid.

No, that data is gone.

All you’d achieve doing that is to destroy another hard drive.
