Question: I am building my first PC with a budget of $775 and I wanted to know if I should get a small storage ssd and a big hard drive for more storage or would that just be slower than only a ssd

Answer:I suggest buying a ssd only.
The largest one your budget will permit.
240gb is the minimum; ok for windows and a handful of games.
500gb will let you go a long way.
If or when you run out of room, it is easy to add another drive later.
A HDD is good for large sequential storage like videos.
Otherwise a ssd is much better.
