Question: Looking for a way to power a old Bytecc external hard drive. It needs a 4 pin STANDARD din power adapter, DC 5v/12v. There are adapters for sell with exploitative price tags (50 bucks for a 3.5 gig hard drive is kinda painful). Was wondering if there is any way to use some kind of adapter piece as a middle man and use a more affordable universal adapter instead?
