Question: Need help with my HDD speeds

I have 2 HDDs installed in my pc (Yes I’m going to get SSD). One is an old 2010 Seagate HDD with 500GB. The other is a Western Digital Green 2TB HDD 2016. Both spin at 7200rpm. My Windows 10 is installed on my old HDD. The problem is , my boot up times are very slow as well as loading into games takes ages. In UserBenchmark my old HDD outperforms my newer HDD. My newer HDD underperforms by about 60% based on other people with the same HDD on UserBenchmark. I was wondering if my old HDD bottlenecks my newer HDD because the OS is on the old one. My read and write speeds are also faster on the older HDD. Any help would be much appreciated.

Answer:Baracuda green is NOT a 7200rpm drive. It is 5900 Rpm’s.
Speed is also dependent on how full they are.
