i currently have as following
1×256 SSD
1x1TB HDD
1x2TB HDD
i am looking to upgrade the 1TB HDD to a 8 or a 10 TB internal HDD, i’ve been searching and found the best advice is to use the BarraCuda Pro 10TB , the thing is that i can’t find that HDD in my country, so any other reccomendation? and if i am storing only media files for playback by plex or emby, will i need 7200 RPM?

Answer:No, you don’t need a 7200rpm drive for that usage.
Western Digital is a good manufacturer.
